The doors to the auction are open from 4.30pm for anyone wishing to speak with the auctioneer.
All properties unless stated otherwise are subject to a minumum reserve price.
PLEASE NOTE - The reserve price is known ONLY to the vendor and the auctioneer and is NOT for public knowledge.
The published price is a GUIDE price only to give an indication for buyers.
The Reserve price is subject to change up until the property comes under the hammer and if the vendor is in the room, he or she can indicate a lower or higher reserve to the auctioneer at any time before the hammer comes down.
Once the hammer is struck, the price is agreed and a contract is in place.
