How do I pay for a property at Auction?

If your bid is successful you will be required to go through to the signing room, where independent lawyers can advise you, (you may wish to have your own lawyers in attendance), produce your identification, pay the required deposit of 3000 euros and sign the reservation contract.
Do I have to personally attend the Auction to bid on a property?

No, you may also bid by proxy form, online bidding form or via a nominated third party, ie your lawyer or agent.
