Direct Auctions charges a nominal entry fee dependant on the property and area, currently from 232 euros inclusive of IVA

Direct Auctions charge 2.5% + VAT of the final selling price of the property

Direct Auctions usually request the property is exclusive to the Auction for a period of 4 weeks prior to Auction date and for 2 weeks after Auction date.
