Nearby are Sorbas (large caves and pottery production) and Tavernas (famous race track). The natural park of Cabo de Gata Nijar is 20km away. It is the only 4* hotel in the area. There are popular golf courses in the vicinity and tourist resorts nearby. There is a regular clientele from local, famous racing track 'Circuito de Velocidad de Tabernas' which holds regular events, visitors to which stay and dine in the hotel. Regular special gourmet and wine tasting events are currently held in the hotel and there are conference facilities.
