Selling your property in Spain
Legal fees tend to be charged at 1% plus iva (vat) of the selling price, usually subject to a minimum of 2000 euros plus iva should you decide to use a lawyer, however Direct Auctions, due to client demand, has decided to launch a conveyancing service for vendors selling their properties.
Buying a property has a lot more work involved and any mistakes can be costly to the buyer, whereas selling is more straightforward although not necessarily less time-consuming.
Assuming the transaction is totally straightforward, Direct Auctions will handle the sale of the property from the time the offer is put in, until after completion ensuring any tax paid to Hacienda is returned.
We charge a flat fee, from 928 euros including iva and can handle the signing at notary by arranging a power of attorney on your behalf.
Please contact us for further information on our conveyancing services.
We can also arrange NIE certificates without you having to come to Spain. |
