Not only do we provide an exceptional service, but we believe that selling your property should not cost the earth.  It is for that reason that our sales commission for each lot is just 2.5%, making Direct Auctions at least 50% cheaper than most Real Estate Agents here in Spain.  There is a mandatory up front admission fee for each lot which covers the photography & marketing of the property and listing to the live auction, as well as inclusion to auction catalogues etc.
